In the coaching session I will be coaching you live with any needs that arise in your life and business and holding space to help you explore options. This way you have a mirror and neutral place to balance out ideas and ground them into your body while gaining valuable perspective and advice.
In our energy work sessions I will be doing live energy work instead of coaching, so it will be less talking and more breathing, silence, channeling, dancing or light languages. This will free up space in all bodies/fields of your avatar and in all planes of existence throughout all dimensions. This is especially helpful for those who are prone to disassociation to ground beautiful lived reality deeply into the consciousness across all of space and time. This is the innate ancestral healing that is happening as we work.
I also train you in my methods for coaching, energy work and somatic processing which you can use with your clients, self, homies, lovers and friends in your everyday life.
