Childhood sexual abuse is meant to attack your innocence and when you know something happened but you don't know what it was that can be extremely confusing, isolating and frustrating. When you start to open yourself up to remembering it can feel overwhelming.

This is a sacred space for you to let those burdens down and unravel the memories, knowing you are held and you aren't facing it alone but with others who are doing the same sacred unraveling.

I have done it myself so I know what it takes and I share with you my unique methods. I have been supporting survivors my whole life, doing so professionally for the past 10 years. I have extensive training in working with survivors, in healing modalities used to treat these wounds, and embedded ancestral knowledge in my DNA.

It can be hard to remember and to accept that these stories are ours when we wish that we weren't. For me, one of the things that makes it better is knowing I can hold this space for you to benefit from my hard won and often extremely painful expertise. I'm not afraid to go there, to hear you out and to let you get it all off of your chest. There is time for all of this in the group space and if you prefer privacy and more time for support with me, I have a one on one container that you can join along with the group.
