1. Know what you’re looking for. A massage, a lap dance, a dinner date, a girlfriend experience, a adult film star experience, tantra, submission or domination or another fetish, or a simple conversation are all options.

2. Use a reputable platform like @tryst.link.

3. Use your intuition to select your provider. Take my Heaven On Earth Reiki course to help you fine tune your intuition and your internal magnet. When your intuition is on point it will be easy to find the right person for you.

4. Deal with any shame or guilt you have about it ahead of time and don’t put that on your provider. Your provider isn’t doing anything wrong and neither are you as long as you’re not hurting anyone in the process.

5. Be prepared to pay the fee and abide by the boundaries of your provider. It’s not for you to haggle, low ball, debate or short change. If you short a provider on their agreed upon fee you have just committed sexual assault. If you leave a great tip, you’ll be more likely to have priority access to your provider in the future.

6. When booking, read their ad thoroughly and don’t ask them a bunch of questions about what’s included in the fee. That would be incriminating them as well as yourself. Keep details to a minimum. 

7. The professional you’re dealing with is a professional for a reason, follow their lead and let them tell you what they need from you. Let them lead the session and you’ll have a much more enjoyable experience than if you try to lead and control everything. 

8. When they ask you for identity verification, give it to them. This shows they are a legit professional provider. All providers should be empowered to ask for verification details like license, passport, work ID, Facebook, LinkedIn or another way of proving you are who you say you are. If you’re not willing to provide this, that would be a red flag for your provider.
